We remind you that you have booked a shared occupancy and you have not yet added a guest.
A shared occupancy is a room for 2 people, where each guest pay 50% of the room price. The price is per person. You have already paid 50% and your guest (another member) must book as soon as possible and pay the other 50%. You will then be placed in the same room.
As indicated in the conditions when booking this type of room, it is mandatory to use the share code you receive in your booking confirmation and add the second person. so that you can complete the payment. Per our policy, if no one booked with your code after the deadline (indicated under the details of the Life Experience), you will be billed the other half.
