The Airport-Hotel transfer is only included on the official check-in and checkout date, from the indicated airport (next to the map in the description) to the HOTEL. We are unable to arrange transfer for other destinations or date.
We remind you that the flight/passport information is collected and sent to the relevant team automatically. It has to be added directly on the reservation , on your travel platform, at lease 3 weeks before the check-in, otherwise we may not be able to include you in the free transfer and you may have to book your own transfer. Unfortunately we do not collect the information manually if you send them via email due to the large number of bookings and requests.
> Go to ACCOUNT
> click on MY BOOKINGS
> select VIEW next to the Life Experience that you want (Name of the Experience you booked)
> click on ADD FLIGHT/PASSPORT INFORMATION and add the information, click on SAVE
