If you're asked to submit documents for high amount bookings, please provide us with the following:
1. A signed billing authorization form (see other articles: Authorization Form DE, EN, ES, FR, IT, PT)
2. A picture of the credit card that you will use for billing of this booking (always cover the first 12 numbers and the CVV if it's visible).
3. A picture of your ID
To sign the authorization form, you can use Word or PDF, or any online PDF editing tool. Here's a free one that we use: https://www.ilovepdf.com/sign-pdf
Please see the instructions shown below on how to use this tool:
Click on Select PDF or drag the document there:
Select "Only Me":
Choose the option to draw your signature manually, you can use your mouse or your finger to do this, then click on Apply:
Drag the signature to the document field meant for the signature, and then fill out all other fields using the OPTIONAL FIELDS on the side menu:
Once done, click on Sign, at the bottom of the side menu, and download the signed document:
Then you can submit this to us.
