Click on the link in the Ipayout welcome email that you received (see sample below) or go to https://mwrlife.globalewallet.com/MemberLogin.aspx and log-in using the user name given to you in the welcome email that you got from Ipayout and your password.
Alternatively, you can access from your Biz Center, by going to "Profile" > Commissions, and clicking on the hyperlink that will take you to Ipayout:
